Maryland State Fairgrounds - Cow Palace Join Baltimore County Public Schools and many more local government and school districts for the 17th Annual - Meet the Primes event! It's your one-stop-shop to meet with purchasing personnel who collectively buy more than a billion dollars of goods and services every year. Add to that, we feature about one hundred exhibitors who already hold prime contracts with these agencies. These Prime Contractors are in search of companies to provide their skills and services to work with them.
